  • Extracted Gong files will be processed and cached in a memory to ensure a smooth upload process to Zoom cloud.
  • Once the upload is complete, the processed files will be immediately removed from our migration service cache memory.
  • No Customer data will ever stored in Codimite Migration service itself. This ensures your data remains secure throughout the process.
Prerequisites to Use ZRA APIs
  • A Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
  • An active ZRA product plan for that account
  • A Zoom Admin Account with ZRA Admin role

  • ZRA APIs support upload recording (audio/video), transcript and metadata files from Gong to ZRA.
