CMigrator is an innovative tool that helps you effortlessly migrate your users, and channel from Slack to your new Zoom account.

Prerequisite

1. The authenticator must have a Zoom admin account with the following permissions.
   • View and Edit “Chat messages”
   • View and Edit “Chat channels”
   • Chat Management
   • View “Chat history”
   • View and Edit Users
2. To migrate users and channels, the authenticated user must have the Slack channel export file and the Slack user CSV file.

Access To The Tool

Users can login to the tool using your Zoom account.

App Installation

1. Log in to your Zoom Admin account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Search for the CMigrator app by,
   • Entering text into the search bar.
   • Selecting a category.
   • Filtering the apps that are currently displayed.
3. After performing a search, Click on the CMigrator App Icon to select it.
4. Click Install

App Uninstallation

1. Log in to your Zoom Pro Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click on Manage > Installed Apps or search for the CMigrator.
3. Click Uninstall.

Usage

Once the CMigrator app is installed, users can use the CMigrator tool to migrate their Slack users and Slack channels to their new Zoom Accounts.The C Migrator tool has two main modules.

1. User Management
2. Channel Management

User Management
Using the user management module, the Zoom admin can,

• Add user files
• Migrate users from Slack to Zoom
• View users with pending invites
• View not migrated users
• Resend invitations

Channel Management
Using the channel management module, the Zoom admin can,

• Add channel files
• Migrate channels from Slack to Zoom
• View members in a channel
• View user status in a channel
• View migrated and not migrated channels
