The Codimite Premier League 2026 Is Here
Cricket season at Codimite is officially on! We're excited to announce Codimite Premier League (CPL) 2026, our very own in-house cricket tournament, organised by Codimite and played by Codimite employees. CPL is an annual internal tournament aimed at encouraging teamwork, employee engagement, and passion beyond the workplace, bringing people together beyond day-to-day projects through friendly competition and team spirit.

Eight Teams, One Goal: The CPL 2026 Contenders
The bar has already been set high, Code Crushers were crowned champions in March 2025, and they return this year with everyone eager to challenge the title holders.
This season features eight teams, each ready to bring their best to the pitch: API Avengers, Data Dragons, Code Crushers, Jira Jugglers, Bug Busters, Tech Titans, Cyber Knights, and Cloud Commanders.
The CPL Auction Highlights
The excitement kicked off even before the first ball is bowled!
The CODIMITE Premier League 2026 Auction recently took place at the Chamber area, where team leaders used virtual money to bid for players and build competitive squads. The auction atmosphere was packed with energy, quick decisions, bidding battles, and a few unexpected steals that completely changed team strategies.
Top Auction Moment: Isuru Gayan stole the show as the highest-bid player, going for an impressive $29,000.
From early picks to last-minute bidding wars, every team fought hard to secure the right mix of talent, power hitters, reliable all-rounders, sharp fielders, and wicket-taking bowlers. With squads now locked in, the pressure has shifted from the auction floor to the training and planning stage.
Team Planning Has Officially Begun
Teams are locked in, and squads are already meeting to plan things out and schedule practice sessions, working through batting order, bowling options, and fielding positions ahead of the games.

CPL isn't only about winning matches, it's also about celebrating standout performance and team spirit. This year, awards will be presented for:
