DOCUMENTATION OF CHAT MATE
Chat Mate is an AI-powered chatbot designed to assist users in answering general questions.
Prerequisite
The user must have a Zoom account.
Access To The Tool
Users can log in to the tool using their Zoom account.
App Installation
  1. Log in to your Zoom Admin account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Search for the Chat Mate app by,
    • Entering text into the search bar.
    • Selecting a category.
    • Filtering the apps that are currently displayed.
  3. After performing a search, Click on the Chat Mate App Icon to select it.
  4. Click Install
App Uninstallation
  1. Log in to your Zoom Pro Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click on Manage > Installed Apps or search for Chat Mate.
  3. Click Uninstall.
Usage
Once the Chat Mate app is installed, users can use the Chat Mate bot to ask general questions.
  • Schedule a meeting
  • Send bulk messages
  • Keep track of messaging statistics
  • Provide insightful and informative answers
  • Creating new channels and adding members to a channel takes at least half and hour (30 minutes) to reflect on Chat Mate app.
